Karthikeyan is a certified Yoga Therapist with an MSc in Yoga, offering deep expertise in therapeutic applications of Yoga. He specializes in helping individuals manage health challenges and harness the healing benefits of yoga. Drawing from his personal experience of coping with multiple sclerosis and his background as a former corporate lawyer, Karthikeyan brings a unique perspective to the complexities of chronic health conditions and the pressures of modern corporate life. In addition to alleviating symptoms, he works with clients to identify and address underlying root causes, restoring balance and promoting long-term wellness.
